After suffering an accident at home, Lynn Iredale received support from the Charity last year. Now, to say thank you, her employers have made an incredible gesture. Continuing our Living Well: Healthy Lifestyles programme, we're making a commitment in the Charity to spend March working more movement into our daily routines. We've created indoor and outdoor versions of a scavenger hunt designed to get your family moving and spend some time together that doesn't involve any discussions about home schooling or what to have for tea. Research has shown that many people turn to alcohol during difficult times - but it can have even more of a negative impact. Living with arthritis? You may think resting your joints is your best option, but Jubilee House's Exercise Therapist James Wilson is here to explain why regular activity is actually the best thing you can do for yourself.
