Move in March: work movement into your routine
Continuing our Living Well: Healthy Lifestyles programme, we're making a commitment in the Charity to spend March working more movement into our daily routines.
Continuing our Living Well: Healthy Lifestyles programme, we're making a commitment in the Charity to spend March working more movement into our daily routines. We've created indoor and outdoor versions of a scavenger hunt designed to get your family moving and spend some time together that doesn't involve any discussions about home schooling or what to have for tea. A former West Sussex firefighter appeared on Channel 4 sharing his story of the renovation of an old fire engine and the support he received from our Charity with his mental health. We are proud to be supporting a new website designed to support positive mental health among Scotland's emergency responders. Research has shown that many people turn to alcohol during difficult times - but it can have even more of a negative impact.
