How your donations help people like Amy Martin during difficult times
Amy Martin has been supported with her mental health in recent years, both through our Reset Programme and through virtual 1:1 counselling.
Amy Martin has been supported with her mental health in recent years, both through our Reset Programme and through virtual 1:1 counselling. A guiding light through stormy times, our free online courses and opportunities are available for every member of the UK’s fire family. Throughout October we will be focusing on women’s health, with the aim of offering support to female fire and rescue service personnel, as well as family members in our fire service community. We are hosting a programme at one of our centres in December, specifically for anyone who would benefit from support for a neurological condition or injury, but who doesn’t need full-time support. We're holding a series of Tai Chi sessions over Zoom, as part of our Living Well Groups, from 29 September.
