There are some small steps you can take which could reduce your risk of developing cervical, ovarian, uterine, breast or vaginal cancers. Our Wellness & Behaviour Change Coaches, Sally Walker and AJ Whitaker, share some tips to cope with menopause symptoms. Throughout October we will be focusing on women’s health, with the aim of offering support to female fire and rescue service personnel, as well as family members in our fire service community. We're holding a series of Tai Chi sessions over Zoom, as part of our Living Well Groups, from 29 September.
