Ed Durante and Craig Jones have been honoured with awards after heroically saving a group of people from a car which had crashed and caught fire. William Gooch is preparing to cycle the Hampshire Hilly Hundred in aid of us, as a thank you to the firefighter who helped him following a serious football injury. A team of five are set to 'ascend' 8,848 metres each on static bikes in aid of us, as a thank you to UK firefighters after a member of their club was rescued following a road accident. A local confectionery company, which has links to the fire service through one of its employees who is an on-call firefighter, fundraised throughout 2022 in support of us.
