Next week, Charity Chair Andrew Lynch will run the 100 miles of the South Downs Way in four days for his #My75Miles challenge. Retained firefighter Rick Lavens and colleague Mike Cleaver from Devizes, Wiltshire, hope to cycle their gruelling miles in one 12-hour period. Father and son firefighters John and James Adams from Nottingham have walked 300km of the Camino de Santiago for their #My75Miles challenge. Physical Education Officer Ian Roberts has planned three cycle rides that will take place over the next few weeks and even the Senior Leadership Team at West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service are getting involved. In this short video, Hampshire's Ronnie Stewart discusses his #My75Miles plans and the reasons why he's supporting the Charity.
