This week retired firefighter Roger Moore and his wife, Karen, helped us to launch a new campaign to raise awareness amongst the general public of the work we do to support the mental health of our beneficiaries.
This week retired firefighter Roger Moore and his wife, Karen, helped us to launch a new campaign to raise awareness amongst the general public of the work we do to support the mental health of our beneficiaries. Thames Valley apartment provider, House of Fisher, is supporting us throughout the month of August. Two firefighters from Hereford and Worcester FRS have taken on the 444 mile Yukon River Quest - the world's longest annual canoe and kayak race - finishing second overall and winning the Masters race. Dr Jill Tolfrey on the overwhelming public support we've seen this week and how firefighters across the country can access our services. The Queen's Birthday Honours List this week saw members of the fire and rescue community across the UK receive honours for their service and dedication.
