Since April 2020, we’ve logged on to deliver over 10,000 virtual consultations to reach and support members of our fire family across the UK, thanks to your generous donations. Making some small changes to your diet as you age, particularly while going through the menopause – or in the years after – can improve your overall health and reduce the risk of developing a number of diseases.
