Our Wellness & Behaviour Change Coaches, Sally Walker and AJ Whitaker, share some tips to cope with menopause symptoms. Throughout October we will be focusing on women’s health, with the aim of offering support to female fire and rescue service personnel, as well as family members in our fire service community. From runs and mountain climbs to ziplines and classic car shows, we're celebrating another month of fantastic fundraising achievements. With the days cooling down and Autumn well and truly here, there are so many creative ways you can raise funds for us while having a laugh – whether at work or at home. We are hosting a programme at one of our centres in December, specifically for anyone who would benefit from support for a neurological condition or injury, but who doesn’t need full-time support.
