Firefighters complete London Landmarks Half Marathon in fire kit
Mid and West Wales firefighters, Nathan Bringloe and Richard Davies, completed the 13.1 miles in full kit and carried breathing apparatus to raise funds for us.

Leading theatre company ATG’s 10 historic West End theatres in London will collect donations for us from December 2022, as their Charity of Choice. Jade Konkel-Roberts, who is hoping to play in the Women’s Rugby World Cup later this year, joined the fire service in 2021 and she’s been donating to us ever since. LFB and The London Ambulance Service are going head to head in a football match in support of the Charity, to honour firefighters that went above and beyond in the pandemic. When told he'd be receiving a £1,000 cash prize from Absolute Radio for his work as part of the pandemic response team, London firefighter Jimmy Durant said he would be donating the whole thing to The Fire Fighters Charity.
