Being kind to yourself is not a concept that comes naturally to many of us, but taking a bit of time out of each day for some self care might just be the best thing you could do for your own wellbeing. It's been a busy month so far for fundraising activities. Here is a small selection of some of the amazing things you've been doing to raise money for the Charity. In celebration of Friendship Day, the Welfare team tells us what friendship means to them and how they can help anyone who feels like they don't have a friend in the world. Our very own Exercise Therapist Abbie Morris has some tips for how to give yourself 150 minutes worth of me time each week in the fight against inactivity. Getting food on the table can be a constant source of worry for someone living with financial hardship. Our Welfare Team can offer a short-term fix, while helping people find long-term solutions for their money issues.
