Being kind to yourself is not a concept that comes naturally to many of us, but taking a bit of time out of each day for some self care might just be the best thing you could do for your own wellbeing. Our very own Exercise Therapist Abbie Morris has some tips for how to give yourself 150 minutes worth of me time each week in the fight against inactivity. A successful application to the Care Quality Commission has seen an increase in the number of nursing bedrooms at Jubilee House, meaning a hundred extra beneficiaries with nursing needs can visit each year.
