Firefighters from across the world pushed themselves to the limit with a series of endurance challenges at the annual event, in aid of the Charity. Dorset and Wiltshire firefighter, Neil Endicott, joined his 14-year-old son for an epic cycle ride to support the Charity that has been there for him twice during his career. Daphne "Snowy" Snowden is a long-term resident of Marine Court who has just received the British Empire Medal from HM The Queen. We went along to her investiture ceremony to hear what being honoured for her charity and community work means to her. Having decided she wanted a challenge, Sarah Bascombe completed a four-day cycle from Paris to Geneva. From Parisian streets to picturesque villages, here she shares her experience of a mountainous but spectacular 340-mile route that saw her raise over £2,000. Crew Manager Mike Rose is being joined by his dogs Ryker and Roxie for his #My75Miles challenge, which he says helps with his post-traumatic stress.
