We are here for you and can help you navigate your way through this difficult time by providing a wide range information and practical support to help you with all aspects of loss and bereavement. Communities Development Lead Clare Hannaford is creating a nation-wide virtual Living Well Group and is inviting all retired members of the fire family to take part. Our beneficiaries are invited to apply for an outdoor activities week designed to help members of the emergency services community find resilience in the face of adversity. From providing a listening ear to signposting to local services, our wonderful Welfare Services team is still working to help beneficiaries find their way through these uncertain times. And they could help you too. Because you're not alone. We speak to two of the three Assessment Practitioners working on our Support Line, to find out what callers can expect when they dial 0800 389 8820.
