Our Wellness & Behaviour Change Coaches, Sally Walker and AJ Whitaker, share some tips to cope with menopause symptoms. Throughout October we will be focusing on women’s health, with the aim of offering support to female fire and rescue service personnel, as well as family members in our fire service community. We are hosting a programme at one of our centres in December, specifically for anyone who would benefit from support for a neurological condition or injury, but who doesn’t need full-time support. World Suicide Prevention Day is a day to raise awareness of mental health - with a focus on ‘Creating Hope Through Action’. Jaspreet Kaur, a Business and Project Support Officer with Surrey FRS, was able to attend our Reset Programme during a difficult time – and that’s all thanks to your regular donations.
