A mental health ‘lifeline’ for Scottish first responders
We are proud to be supporting a new website designed to support positive mental health among Scotland's emergency responders.
We are proud to be supporting a new website designed to support positive mental health among Scotland's emergency responders. Research has shown that many people turn to alcohol during difficult times - but it can have even more of a negative impact. What is resilience, why is it useful and what does a resilient person look like? Behaviour Change and Wellness Coach Sally Walker is here to explain how we can measure our resilience and what we can do to improve it. Self Care Week is here to celebrate health and wellbeing, thinking about how to better look after ourselves and our families, especially in such uncertain times. Join us for a little 'me time' this November. We're delighted to be joined by Frontline Coffee, who are donating profits from their Thin Red Line coffee to The Fire Fighters Charity.
