Our Activity Coordinators have gathered a few activities for you to try at home this Christmas, with some for adults and some for the children. These 5-day programmes help you make a positive change and kickstart your health and fitness. In the run up to Christmas you've been hard at work raising valuable funds for us with some fun challenges throughout November.
