A successful application to the Care Quality Commission has seen an increase in the number of nursing bedrooms at Jubilee House, meaning a hundred extra beneficiaries with nursing needs can visit each year. We sit down with the team to hear how kindness and compassion is the service that underpins all they do. Sasha Acheson has entered the record books by being the first person to cross from Britain's most easterly point to its most westerly. Here the Gloucestershire firefighter explains what kept her going, and how it feels to raise nearly £4,000 for the Charity.
