Our fire services community has been recognised by His Majesty King Charles III in this year's New Year's Honours. From new residential programmes to online support and our Crisis Line, our teams have continued to help thousands of individuals and families this year. Our Support Line will be temporarily closed over the festive period, however, our 24/7 Crisis Line will remain open.
