Reaching more: how we’ve developed our support in 2024
From new residential programmes to online support and our Crisis Line, our teams have continued to help thousands of individuals and families this year.
From new residential programmes to online support and our Crisis Line, our teams have continued to help thousands of individuals and families this year. Our Support Line will be temporarily closed over the festive period, however, our 24/7 Crisis Line will remain open. Since launching on November 1, 2023, our Crisis Line has helped hundreds of individuals in our fire family. Here, we share the resources we have available to support you and your loved ones. We’ve shared 10 ways you could practice kindness – and self-kindness – today and every day. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed with dementia, or you help to care for someone living with it, it’s important to know there’s support available for both of you.
