A group of Leicestershire firefighters have set up a walking group and fundraiser in memory of their colleague Gary Chamberlain, who sadly passed away at the end of 2023. The Fire Fighters Charity Crisis Line received 24 calls in it's first month of operation, after being launched on 1 November. There is no blue print for what the grieving process should look like. But we've shared a few tips to help anyone adjusting to life after a bereavement.
