We recently hosted our first Spinal Cord Injury Week, a targeted week focussed on providing peer support to ex-firefighters with spinal cord injuries. The CSIS Charity Fund has awarded The Fire Fighters Charity a grant of £20,000 to support the delivery of our mental health services. The Winter 2017 issue of our Shout! Magazine has been published. Staff at Asda Luton have donated £5,000 to The Fire Fighters Charity to say thank you to Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service after 16 fire crews tackled a devastating fire that hit the store in March.
