Marine Court tackles physical and mental return to work
A recent functional drills week at Marine Court helped beneficiaries plan both mentally and physically for returning to work off long-term sickness.
A recent functional drills week at Marine Court helped beneficiaries plan both mentally and physically for returning to work off long-term sickness. Our patron, Her Majesty The Queen, has honoured members of the fire and rescue service community. The first Living Well Group took place last week at Aberdare, inviting retired beneficiaries to meet and share their experiences of life in the fire service. Charity Trustee and Deputy Chair Peter Davies recently attended a reception to receive a cheque donation from the Hospital Saturday Fund on behalf of The Fire Fighters Charity. Beneficiaries will soon be able to get their hands dirty thanks to a pioneering new form of archaeological therapy we are set to deliver in partnership with Soldier On!
