Lindy Leeson has been suffering with depression for the past 7 years but after a visit to our Jubilee House centre, has finally found the coping mechanisms she needs to manage her illness. Jim Walker left South Wales Fire and Rescue Service 14 years ago but is still coming to terms with an incident that led to life changing PTSD. Diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, Zoe was unable to work or lead a normal day-to-day life. Supported by her husband Jamie, Zoe spent time on one of our programmes after her condition began to take a toll on family life. Former Deputy Chief Fire Officer Tony Proctor became anxious and stressed after he retired, here’s how our psychological support services allowed him to enjoy his retirement.
