It can seem like the most daunting thing in the world, but asking for help when you need it really is a strength. Here our Psychological Services Lead, Jane Rosso, explains why... Our Wellness & Behaviour Change Coaches, Sally Walker and AJ Whitaker, share some tips to cope with menopause symptoms. Throughout October we will be focusing on women’s health, with the aim of offering support to female fire and rescue service personnel, as well as family members in our fire service community. World Suicide Prevention Day is a day to raise awareness of mental health - with a focus on ‘Creating Hope Through Action’.
