A look back at your 2023 fundraising highlights
You’ve made our 80th year one to remember, with challenges, events, parties and so much more – all while raising thousands for us. Thank you to all of you.
You’ve made our 80th year one to remember, with challenges, events, parties and so much more – all while raising thousands for us. Thank you to all of you. Lancashire on-call firefighter, Glen Bailey, spent 24 hours continuously lifting weights in a gym to raise funds for us. David Gill set himself the challenge of running 8 miles every day for eight years, before upping it to match the length of the equator – an incredible 24,901 miles. Family and friends of Harrison Bretherton, who sadly died in a road traffic collision earlier this year, are organising a 22-mile run in his memory - and in aid of us. Every year our fantastic partner, Elvis & Kresse, donates 50% of the profits of its Fire Hose Collection - and we're so incredibly grateful.
