Back pain can have huge repercussions on our day-to-day lives and, unfortunately, it’s far from rare.

With so many muscles, joints, bones, and ligaments overlapping in our backs, there can be many different causes, from poor posture, muscle tension, hereditary disc problems or arthritis, to excessive exercise in the gym, injuries, obesity, stress and even pregnancy. And while it is a common physical condition in society, it doesn’t mean it’s a minor one. It can come at great personal expense – and one part of life it can really impact is sleep.

Pain can make it difficult to relax and stay comfortable at night. This often leads to reduced rest and poor sleep quality, which can exacerbate this pain.
