We’re delighted to share a fantastic library of interactive online resources, tools and online courses covering a broad range of health and wellbeing topics, exclusively available through My Fire Fighters Charity.
The resources have been created in partnership with workplace mental health and wellbeing specialists, Rightsteps, to offer you three levels of information and support, covering topics on everything from alcohol and anxiety to dealing with change, menopause and debt.
Our Bitesize resources can be completed in a couple of minutes and have been created to offer you some quick tips and advice on health and wellbeing topics of interest to you.
Our Find Out More sessions, meanwhile, have been devised to offer you a little more depth and information, but can also be completed easily over a cup of tea.
And our self-directed Online Courses, available to eligible beneficiaries only, offer registered participants the chance to take part in multi-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) courses, covering topics in depth and providing techniques and tools to help you move forward positively.
Sharon Bailey, Director of Beneficiary Services, said of the new resources: “We are so pleased to be able to offer these fantastic new tools, free to My Fire Fighters Charity users. They are a great way to access information and advice quickly and easily, with some great tips and techniques to help you work through the issues concerning you.
“We are committed to doing all we can to help people throughout their lives, as well as at those points in life when things happen and needs arise. These new resources cover a broad range of topics and I am hopeful that they will prove valuable in helping people now, before needs arise in the future.”
