Faced with new challenges and a major shift in how we were able to support beneficiaries over the last 12 months, we’ve stepped up and responded with a series of new services this year, both on and offline, to ensure that we continued to meet your needs, whatever the circumstances.
Building on the innovation and digital transformation of our services that we saw in 2020, we’ve continued to explore new ways we can support you online, while also diversifying our face-to-face programmes to ensure we are delivering the right services to meet the many and varied reasons people turn to us for support today.

Meet some of the people we’ve helped this year
We’ve also heard from even more of our beneficiaries over the last 12 months, as they share their experiences of how they’ve been helped by the Charity.
