Our Wellness and Behaviour Change Coaches, Mike Lennon and Sally Walker, revealed how positive psychology can have huge impact on mental and physical wellbeing.
They considered how our happiness can enhance our psychological wellbeing and, in turn, improve our physical wellbeing… which is particularly useful when considering #healthyjoints.

Living with chronic pain, whether persistent or intermittent – can sometimes feel like there’s no escape. And while, for some people, it’s something they may have to live with, there are some very simple everyday changes you could make to help keep it under control.
