We’re looking for new members of fire and rescue service personnel, still in training or in their first year of employment, as well as those who are a year or two away from retirement, for a series of important focus groups.
Through this October’s focus groups, we’re keen to learn how we can improve the way we communicate with and deliver support to FRS starters and leavers. So those who take part will directly help to ensure that all those who join or leave their Service in the future, will have the specialist health and wellbeing advice, guidance and support they need for that time in their life.
The online focus groups will take place over Zoom and last no more than an hour. Participants will also have the opportunity to review and comment on the communications, resources and support options that we’ll develop as a direct result of the focus group feedback.
