We are asking all Fire and Rescue Service employees to take part in a national survey to help map health and wellbeing needs.
The survey, by Nottingham Trent University, is aimed at understanding current and future needs across an individual’s career in the fire service, as well as looking at how those needs change and adapt depending on your role and career position.
This, in turn, will inform the development of a health and wellbeing strategy for the National Fire Chiefs Council.
We’d love you to take part to ensure we get representation from across different career positions.
The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and all answers will be completely anonymous. If you’ve retired from the service now, there’s no need to open the survey.
It will then help to create a clear picture of the challenges faced by fire staff based on their differing roles, age and role requirements. You can take part by clicking below:
