On completion of the funded sessions, there will be an opportunity for you to purchase additional sessions directly with Livelife if your 16/17 year old requires this.

LiveLife is a telephone or video-based therapy provider, you will not need to travel. The Livelife therapist will discuss the options and your 16/17-year-old's preference in the initial consultation call.

Once you have received the voucher link and generated the voucher code, Livelife aim to be in contact within 14 days to book the initial assessment with the young person.

Livelife will conduct an assessment with the young person to determine their needs. The initial assessment will take up to 1 hour. If your young person’s needs cannot be met by Livelife, signposting and specialist advice will be provided.

The Charity will fund an initial assessment (up to 1 hour) and either 4 x 50 minute counselling sessions or 6 x 30 minute Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) sessions, dependent on need.

This is not a crisis service. If your 16/17-year-old is experiencing thoughts of harming themselves or taking their own life, please contact your GP, call 111 or the Samaritans on 116 123 (free helpline 24/7 support), alternatively, text THEMIX to 85258 or the emergency services if they are in immediate danger of harm.
