The Hope Programme, which we run in partnership with social enterprise Hope for the Community, is a six-week online self-management programme which helps participants to feel more in control and more resilient - while remaining anonymous throughout.
Each week it covers topics like: managing stress, smarter goal setting, gratitude, character strengths, physical activity, eating well, coping with fatigue, practicing mindfulness, communication and relationships.
The award-winning programmes - all of which are supported by trained facilitators - can be accessed from PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and can be taken entirely at your own pace.
What to expect
Ellodie Stott, who's the partner of a firefighter, joined one of our Hope Programmes and says she found it really beneficial.
She says: "You can make it personal and there's no pressure. It makes you realise that it doesn't have to be a big reason for why you need to do it, because when you read about some of the issues that come up, you realise that these are all common things we're all dealing with."
