Our Digital Covid Recovery Programme is aimed at supporting anyone experiencing long-term symptoms of Covid-19.

Long-term Covid symptoms such as fatigue or brain fog can be debilitating at any time, so having the tools you need to cope with them and aid your recovery is essential.

We offer some digital Covid Recovery Programmes throughout the year, which are designed to fit in with your work and life commitments. They cover the same topics as our face-to-face programmes, including: goal-setting, pacing, breathing, Tai Chi, nutrition, stress and much more.
