Lisa Langley was finally pain free and eager to move forward with a new found confidence after two weeks at Marine Court. The McCartan family from Northern Ireland recently attended the Charity's Child and family Programme. Here's their story. John Oakley accessed our services after finding out he would need a knee replacement, and also discovering that he had cancer of the kidney Derek Wilson suffered a life threatening injury when responding to a shout and used the Charity's services to help him get back on the run. Northamptonshire Crew Manager Jamie Thompson was left with life-threatening injuries after a 12.5m fall from a training tower. 10 months later, with the support of The Fire Fighters Charity, this 38-year-old firefighter is literally back on his feet.
